My journey: Born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas. Over 15 years in education. Substitute. Teacher. Instructional Coach. Talent Leader. HR Executive. Strategy Executive. Many lessons were learned along the way. Turns out, all roads led to people.

What I bring to the table: Systems-thinking, practical solutions, and a healthy appreciation for real talk.

What I believe: HR should make organizations better, not make everyone’s work harder. Organizations work better when their people, processes, and priorities strategically work together.

My working style: Ask good questions. Challenge assumptions. Roll up my sleeves. Get things done.

The rest of the story: Because there's more to life than org charts and strategy meetings. I love Friday night lights with family, solo travel, riding my motorcycle when I actually make the time, and creating art with my grand babies.

I'm not your back office administrative HR function. I work with leaders as a strategic partner, bringing an experienced leadership perspective to complex people and organizational challenges and help turn ideas, concerns, and competing priorities into clear decisions and action.

Sometimes that means stepping in as fractional HR leadership. Sometimes it means advising leaders through a difficult decision, developing an internal HR leader, or leading a specific organizational project. The work may look different, but my approach stays the same: understand the full picture, get to the root of the issue, and build solutions that actually work.

No unnecessary complexity. No process for the sake of process. Just thoughtful partnership, clear direction, and practical solutions that move the organization forward.
