Who do you work with?
Schools and education organizations, nonprofits, and growth-stage and launch-stage organizations that want systems built to move the mission forward.
What if we’re not sure what we need?
That’s common. You already know something isn’t quite right or could be better, so we’ll start with an assessment. Half of the fee is credited toward your next engagement.
Do you provide legal advice?
Absolutely not! We want to help you mitigate risk, however we are not legal counsel. We’ll work alongside your legal counsel.
Do you work outside of Texas?
Yes. We’re based in Texas and work with clients nationwide, virtually and on site.
How is pricing set?
Fixed fees and monthly retainers, never hourly meters. You’ll see the full investment in your proposal before anything starts.
Do you recruit or fill roles for us?
Nope. I don’t act as a recruiting agency. (But I know plenty of great folks to recommend.) I can build your hiring strategy and process, and I can train, support, and coach your team on hiring decisions.
